lyrics

A#__________________________G#
Made the sound check -- it was a blast
A#___________________________G#
Played a couple of songs from the past
F#7____________________F7
The Soundman says, "Your bass player has balls"
F#7__________F7__________F#7_________G#__________________A#
Blasting on his Rickenbacker -- "You really know how to vibrate the walls"

A#_____G#
Rock me baby
A#____________G#
Oooh -- Rock me hard
__________F#7_____F / F#7 - F / F#7 - G#
Oh yeah -- rock me

A#_______________________G#
My Marshall's burning and I'm on fire
A#______________________G#
Playing and singing higher and higher
______F#7___________F
With a smile on my face -- all night long
F#7_________F_____F#___G#___A#
Pouring out my heart -- into another song

A#_____G#
Rock me baby
A#___________G#
Oooh -- Rock me hard
_________F#7_____F / F#7 - F / F#7 - G#
Oh yeah -- rock me

A#______________________________________G#
The drummer backs me up -- and pushes me with his beat
A#__________________________G#
Pounding with his sticks and stomping with his feet
___F#7____________F
The band's really rockin'
F#7_________F
There's nobody talkin'
F#______________F#___________A#
Everybody's happy -- bouncing in their seat

A#_____G#
Rock me baby
A#___________G#
Oooh -- Rock me hard
_________F#7_____F / F#7 - F / F#7 - G#
Oh yeah -- rock me
